Hearing about mindfulness everywhere and wondering what all the fuss is about? Join us to experience it for yourself with Roya Mindfulness. This introductory session will give you the opportunity to try out some of the practices and discover how it could benefit you, whether you are stressed, going through a period of change in your life, or feeling on top of the world and wanting to stay that way. The session will be led by Roya, an experienced mindfulness teacher with a somewhat unique perspective having climbed the career ladder in the financial services world. She now specialises in working with corporations to empower their people to be well and stay well.
